Elbow Grease is a team of volunteers who are being supported to offer a service helping others in the Harlow area.

They are there to help you if you are having difficulty due to illness, old age or disability.
 

• Dog walking

• Light gardening

• Light cleaning

• Shopping

• Clearing/cleaning kitchen cupboards, sheds and garages

• Befriending -if you want a chat and a cuppa, they will cheer you up!

There is a £5 donation for this service.
