Many stroke survivors and their carers suffer from a feeling of isolation and a loss of confidence in themselves.

Their aim is to help people overcome these feelings by offering information, support and friendship, showing by example a positive outlook for the future.
They aim to help stroke survivors and their carers to reduce their feelings of isolation and regain confidence in their own abilities by offering first rate friendship, support and information in a social environment.
