They have regular weekly group rides for all ages and abilities. 

 

Rides for adults, families and women only.

All rides are led and supported but trained ride leaders.

​

No bike? You can hire one for £3 per ride.

All rides depart from our Hub in Bush Fair. Check our website for seasonal departure times.

• improving health and well-being – by providing regular led bicycle and cycling activities in a safe, sociable, and supported environment;
   

• providing training and education – through cycle training, maintenance courses, workshops, and other activities;
   

• providing direct employment and volunteer opportunities – through the business and its apprenticeship programme;
   

• protecting the environment – through the promotion of cycling as a sustainable form of transport, and through recycling used bicycles and parts.
